Firenza Pizza

300 South Grand Ave Ste LP 160

Los Angeles, CA 90071

Firenza Pizza was created by two pizza aficionados, Dave Wood and Dave Baer, with the goal to develop a restaurant where pizza lovers could get a high quality, artisanal pizza that baked in only three minutes – a product they would be proud to call their own. They realized to do that, they needed to start from the foundation and build from there. In pizza, that foundation is the crust. Their recipe uses the finest double zero flour imported from Italy, which enables the crust to get that perfect bake resulting in a crispy outside with the soft airy finish on the inside. The result – pizza perfection.

Superfine Pizza

1101 San Pedro St. Unit F

Los Angeles, CA 90015

Located in DTLA’s Fashion District inside City Market South, Superfine is an homage to the old world’s and new world’s finest pizza-making traditions. According to Chef Steve Samson, they picked their favorite elements from each, and bolstered them with the freshness of LA’s local produce to create a blended trifecta of deliciousness. The City Market South site was chosen because of its history as LA’s original produce market, which aligns with Superfine’s passion for using the highest quality ingredients. The dream was to make delicious pizza: starting with raw material, fine-tuning the process, sweating the details, perfecting the craft. When it all comes together in a simple pie, it’s obvious that Superfine was created for the love of pizza!
